Our goal is to help anyone pursuing a certified copy of a Birth, Marriage, Death Certificate or Military Discharge papers. These certified copies are obtained from the local Register of Vital Records, City and State Health Departments and the Veterans Administration. Applications and payments if required must be forwarded to each Government Department responsible for the document you are requesting. These records are important to you and your family. Once they are in your possession, they should be kept in a safe place for future reference.

Since this procedure can be confusing, we can be of help to you. We will provide all the forms and addresses necessary for you to complete the request for each document that you need. We are knowledgeable of all requirements necessary to complete each application, and how to file them. You then mail it to the local Government Agency which will provide the document to you. Many agencies will only release documents to the person involved or the family of a deceased person.
