"The Vetpac": The Vetpac contains all the information you will need to get and keep your affairs in order. It comes complete with all necessary forms needed to obtain a copy of your discharge, and to replace lost medals. It also contains valuable information you can use to arrange for your funeral. It allows you to place all of your important information in one safe place. It comes with a folder made to hold important documents. The cost of "The Vetpac" is $11.50 plus $3.50 shipping and handling.
