REP. EMERSON INTRODUCES H.R. 322

H.R. 322 (Military Retiree Health
Care Relief Act of 2005)

Rep. Jo Ann Emerson of Missouri has introduced legislation to allow a
refundable tax credit of Medicare Part B premiums for military
retirees, spouse, widow or widower. This bill was referred to the
House Ways and Means Committee. Below is a list of the entire
committee. We need many co-sponsors from all members of Congress,
however, the Committee members are very important to get this
legislation moving in the Committee. Please contact your member of
Congress, especially if House Ways and Means Committee member.
